Full Job Description

The job holder will be responsible for inventory and materials across facilities, Process inventory for delivery, Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location, Package items and label it correctly, Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors, Stack and organize large bulk items, Update logs and documentation for inventory processing. If you have experience in relevant works then this is best opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Move inventory and materials across facilities;
  • Process inventory for delivery;
  • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location;
  • Package items and label it correctly;
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors;
  • Stack and organize large bulk items;
  • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing;
  • Direct and conduct routine warehouse cleaning tasks;
  • Monitor and manage inventory control;
  • Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits;
  • Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care to avoid damages;
  • Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse in line with SOPs;
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations;
  • Perform daily cycle counts and work with the Inventory Clerk to resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements

The requirements for the said job are as following.

Qualification

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
  • Warehouse Training certification (Advantageous).
  • Dangerous goods and Aircraft spares packing certifications (Advantageous);

Experience

  • 1-2 years administration experience in a mid-size organisation (Essential).
