- Ensure that cash processing procedures are adhere to
- Counting and verifying money
- Balancing and reconciling money
- Operating money counting machines
- Packing ATM’s
- Handling Transactions: Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Cash Handling: Counting cash, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Promoting Bank Products and Services: Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial products and services.
- Accuracy and Compliance: Ensuring all transactions are record accurately and in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
What are we looking for Teller
- Clear criminal record
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Computer literate
- At least 2 years’ cashier experience or similar role
- Able to work under pressure
- Must be honest and reliable
