- Talk to customers to find out where they want to go, what kind of trip they prefer, and any special requests they have.
- Find the best deals for the customers by using company-provided systems like Amadeus and other similar tools.
- Recommend the best travel routes, accommodations, and activities based on budget, convenience, and availability.
- Arrange flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services while making sure everything is confirmed.
- Inform clients about their travel dates, baggage rules, visa or medical requirements, and transportation options.
- Create and issue Travel invoices using MS Word for customers.
- Maintain a record of queries vs sales using MS Excel and report to the owner daily.
- Guide travellers on the necessary documents and approvals needed for their trip.
- Collect payments, provide tickets, travel itineraries, hotel vouchers, and other necessary paperwork.
- Offer tips on local attractions, customs, currency exchange, and the best ways to explore a destination.

What are we looking for Travel Agent

- At least 2 years of experience in travel planning both Domestic and International itineraries.

- Knowledge of CRS systems of GDS systems like Amadeus is a must.
