About the Role
The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and joining metal components using various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC. The role involves interpreting blueprints and technical documents, setting up welding machines, and ensuring all welds meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
- Set up and operate welding machines such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welders according to project requirements.
- Weld metal parts in flat, vertical, or overhead positions based on the task.
- Ensure high-quality weld finishes that meet company and industry standards.
- Inspect and repair welding defects when required.
- Maintain proper usage of welding tools and materials.
- Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report equipment issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
