Responsibilities

As an Office Assistant, your duties include:

  • Performing general clerical tasks such as typing, photocopying, mailing, filing, faxing, and document preparation
  • Monitoring and maintaining pantry and office supplies; ensuring timely replenishment
  • Handling the distribution and dispatch of payment vouchers, letters, bills, and courier items
  • Assisting in the supply and maintenance of office equipment
  • Supporting the department with filing, document control, and records management
  • Updating internal files, databases, and records with accurate data
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing courier services and tracking deliveries
  • Addressing and solving office-related queries from staff
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of documents and sensitive information

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Basic English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to organize, manage time, and maintain attention to detail
  • Capability to handle clerical duties and document management
