Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assign, and supervise livestock workers and farm labourers
- Supervise farm machinery operators and harvesting activities
- Assist with moving farm products during winter months
- Help prepare farm goods for shipment
- Supervise breeding and other livestock-related programs
- Ensure farm cleanliness and proper care of equipment
- Monitor and enforce animal and crop health procedures
- Supervise crop-growing operations, including grains
- Tap trees for maple syrup production in all weather conditions
- Oversee maintenance of farm infrastructure, tools, and supplies
- Ensure farm safety rules and procedures are followed
- Perform general farm duties as required
- Complete other assigned tasks related to farm operations
Requirements
