Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding depending on experience
- Carry out structural steel fabrication and assembly work
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
- Cut, grind, measure, and prepare materials for welding
- Perform on-site welding, installation, and repair work when required
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and safe
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Welder or Fabricator
- Proven ability to weld accurately and confidently
- Experience with structural steel and fabrication work
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
- Trade qualification is highly regarded but not mandatory
- Must be an Australian resident or hold a full working rights visa
- Ability to work full-time in Sydney
