Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, your main duties will include:
- Emptying bins, containers, and trays and disposing of waste and recyclables correctly
- Operating industrial and commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and polishers
- Cleaning floors, work areas, and client spaces to a high standard
- Cleaning ceilings, walls, overhead fixtures, and other surfaces
- Applying appropriate cleaning agents to remove stains, marks, and build-up
- Stripping old wax, applying new wax coatings, and polishing floors
- Performing deep cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects
- Cleaning and disinfecting wet areas and plumbing fixtures
- Conducting routine inspections and maintaining cleaning records
- Identifying and reporting damages or maintenance issues
- Refilling and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assisting with event setups or end-of-lease cleaning when required
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Availability to work on weekends when required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel across Auckland and occasionally to Waikato
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual cleaning tasks
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Salary and Benefits
CLEAN AND GREEN CARE LIMITED offers an attractive employment package, including:
- Hourly pay between $25.00 and $30.00, based on experience
