Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assign, and supervise livestock workers, machinery operators, and farm labourers
- Supervise maple syrup operations, including tree tapping in all weather conditions
- Oversee breeding programs and other livestock-related activities
- Monitor animal health, crop health, and welfare procedures
- Supervise grain growing and other crop-related operations
- Assist with moving products during winter months and preparing shipments
- Ensure the farm remains clean and well-organized
- Supervise maintenance of farm infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
- Enforce farm safety procedures and operational standards
- Perform general farm duties as required
- Complete additional tasks related to farm operations
Requirements
