Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and pest/disease control
- Work alongside a team member to maintain and improve customer properties
- Ensure gardens and lawns meet company and client standards
- Follow safe work practices and use equipment correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report any issues or client feedback to supervisors
- Participate in team activities and celebrate weekly achievements
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to perform gardening duties
- Well-presented with good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety practices
- Current Australian driver’s license (including Probationary)
