Responsibilities
- Perform everyday manual labor around the farm shop
- Assist in the growing, caring, and harvesting of crops
- Operate tractors, semi-trucks, and other farm equipment as required
- Maintain and safely use power tools and heavy machinery
- Support general farm operations and daily tasks
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring and mixing materials
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist with equipment upkeep and general maintenance
Requirements
- Availability for full-time work (40–60 hours per week)
- Willingness to work days, with possible nights and weekends
- Ability to perform physical labor in an outdoor farm environment
- Reliable transportation to reach the farm location
- In-person work required
Skills
- Experience operating tractors, forklifts, or similar heavy equipment (preferred)
- Experience using hand tools (preferred)
- Strong physical stamina and endurance
- Basic math skills for measurements and material mixing
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Dependable, motivated, and safety-focused
