FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Account Manager. We’re on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Customer Service Representative to elevate our sales team as an Account Managers / Retention Specialist. The Account Managers is a key member of FLEETCOR’s Account Management team
Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing compelling, customized solutions that strengthen client relationships
- Resolving customer issues with professionalism and precision
- Negotiating terms and contracts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Nurturing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Identifying new business opportunities within the existing customer base
