Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and manage landscaping and gardening projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement advanced irrigation and soil management systems
- Select suitable plants, materials, and horticultural products for each project
- Monitor plant health, soil fertility, and pest management practices
- Supervise on-site teams to ensure projects are completed on time
- Maintain compliance with UAE environmental regulations and safety guidelines
- Provide technical guidance and sustainable maintenance recommendations to clients
- Ensure smooth execution of all landscaping and agricultural activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years overall experience in landscaping or horticulture
- At least 2–3 years of experience working in the UAE (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, soil science, and pest control
- Proficiency in landscaping tools or design software is an added advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
