Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise landscaping and gardening projects from start to finish.
- Develop, manage, and implement efficient irrigation systems.
- Select suitable plants, materials, and resources according to project requirements.
- Monitor soil fertility, plant health, pest control, and overall landscape maintenance.
- Lead and supervise onsite teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and expert recommendations to clients regarding sustainable landscape practices.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in landscaping, irrigation, or horticulture.
- Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience in agriculture or landscaping.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, soil science, plant care, and horticultural techniques.
- Good leadership and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in landscaping software or tools (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with clients professionally.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
- Language proficiency in English, Urdu, or Hindi (preferred).
