As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing processes, ensuring that the Pharmaceutical products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This is an exceptional opportunity for an operator with previous GMP Manufacturing experience looking to expand their knowledge and exposure with world-in-class pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment
- Document production activities accurately and in real-time
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of manufacturing schedules
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department
Experience/Qualifications:
- Past production/manufacturing background. Experience in a GMP environment such as food, Pharmaceuticals or Chemicals is essential.
- Have a good understanding of Health & Safety practices and a commitment to safety
- At least 3 years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical / animal health, food or related industry is preferred but not required
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Good Mathematical skills
- Mechanical aptitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Machinery: Run and maintain production equipment, including assembly lines, conveyor systems, and other machinery.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks and inspections on products and parts, ensuring they meet standards.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear protective equipment, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials and supplies, potentially using forklifts or other equipment.
- Problem Solving: Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors and assist with troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Complete paperwork related to production and quality control, such as logs and reports.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as cleaning and minor repairs.
- Assembly: Assemble goods on a production line, fitting components and parts.
- Product Finishing: Finish products, for example by applying protective coatings.
