- Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
- Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including looking out for and reporting any hazards
- Help our customers by answering their questions or taking them to products they are looking for throughout their shopping journey
- Ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
- Shopping for our online customers, ensuring that they receive what they need
