Job Summary
T&G Global is currently recruiting Blueberry Harvesters for the upcoming harvest season, starting as soon as possible. These positions are seasonal and casual, depending on the harvest needs and weather conditions.
You’ll be part of a friendly team responsible for picking and weeding blueberry crops on T&G’s farms. Work is generally available Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the weather. Flexibility to work on short notice is appreciated, as harvesting is weather-dependent.

Key Responsibilities
As a Blueberry Harvester at T&G Global, your main duties include:
- Harvesting blueberries by hand efficiently and carefully to maintain fruit quality.
- Weeding and maintaining the blueberry plants as required.
- Sorting and handling blueberries to meet company quality standards.
- Working safely and following all company procedures and hygiene standards.
- Reporting any plant or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in the orchards.

Requirements
You don’t need prior horticulture or harvesting experience to apply — full training will be provided. However, you should have:

- A keen eye for detail when handling and picking blueberries.

- Reliable transport to and from the worksite.
