About the Position
The Blueberry Harvester roles are seasonal or casual positions designed for the busy harvest period starting as soon as possible. These roles involve picking and weeding blueberry crops in open-field conditions.
You’ll be part of a motivated, supportive team helping ensure that the fruit is picked with care and meets T&G’s high quality standards. The workdays typically run Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends depending on weather and harvest conditions. Because harvesting depends heavily on the climate, flexibility and reliability are key.

Key Responsibilities
As a Blueberry Harvester, your main duties will include:
- Picking ripe blueberries efficiently and carefully to maintain fruit quality.
- Weeding and maintaining blueberry plants as required.
- Following quality standards and harvesting procedures.
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot days.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily harvest goals.
- Reporting any issues, such as damaged crops or unsafe conditions, to team leaders.
