Key Responsibilities

As the Brand Manager – Farm Animals, you will play a critical role in managing marketing strategies and ensuring strong brand performance across Elanco’s farm animal product portfolio. Your key duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and budgeting.
  • Collaborating with Technical Veterinarians, Consultants, and cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing programs.
  • Leading product launches and managing updates for existing product lines.
  • Supporting and motivating the sales team to meet performance targets.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide brand positioning.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Contributing to a positive, innovative, and customer-focused marketing environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or rural sales, with strong knowledge of the farming or rural sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong project management capabilities.
  • Work Authorization: Proof of eligibility to work in New Zealand.
