- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Manage guests’ reservations and ensure their comfort
- Perform other related duties
- Greeting and Seating: Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Taking Orders: Accurately and efficiently taking food and beverage orders from customers.
- Providing Recommendations: Offering menu suggestions and answering questions about dishes and drinks.
- Ensuring Satisfaction: Checking on customers during their meal to ensure they are happy with their food and service.
- Handling Complaints: Professionally addressing any issues or complaints raised by customers.
