Full Job Description of Stock Handlers

  • Process merchandise.
  • Replenish supplies.
  • Distribute our products throughout our stores.
  • Receiving and Processing Deliveries:Unloading trucks, verifying shipments against purchase orders, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
  • Stocking and Replenishment:Placing products on shelves, in the backroom, or in designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness:Keeping the storeroom and stock areas tidy and organized, following established cleanliness procedures, especially when working with food products.
  • Inventory Accuracy:Ensuring accurate product counts, tracking stock levels, and updating inventory records.
  • Labeling and Pricing:Following established procedures to label, track, and stock items properly, updating product pricing labels as directed.
