Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Dust furniture throughout guest rooms and common areas
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Make beds and change linens
- Replenish clean towels and guest toiletries
- Stock and maintain the linen closet
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures
- Handle and report lost and found items as required
- Respond to guests’ requests for additional supplies or assistance
- Provide basic information about hotel facilities to guests
- Pick up debris and empty trash bins
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
Requirements
- No degree, certificate, or diploma needed
- No experience required — full training provided
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a hotel, motel, or resort setting
- Available for 12 to 40 hours per week
