Job Role Overview
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bistro. Your work will help ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow hygiene standards in a food service setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean floors, tables, chairs, and dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen support areas and washrooms
- Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene procedures
- Clean utensils, equipment, and surfaces as required
- Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ensure the bistro remains clean during operating hours
- Assist with general cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements
