Responsibilities
- Clean vacant units including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and appliances
- Assist with month-end preparation and cleaning of turnover units
- Clean and sanitize common areas such as hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and entrances
- Maintain cleanliness in mechanical and electrical rooms
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
- Assist with exterior garbage pickup when required
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
- Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning agents and chemicals
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Team
- Assist during special events or emergencies (floods, accidents, etc.)
- Handle keys securely and ensure proper entry into tenant units
- Maintain polite and professional interactions with tenants, staff, and contractors
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is an advantage
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working with cleaning products, equipment, and in different environments
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
