Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests, VIPs, and staff to and from designated locations.
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assist guests with their luggage.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensuring cars are fueled, serviced, and ready for use.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to guarantee a secure travel experience.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Support airport transfers, hotel errands, and VIP transportation needs.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Coordinate with the concierge and front office teams to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and discretion when dealing with guests.
- Offer assistance with local information, directions, or sightseeing recommendations when requested.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar driving position, preferably in luxury hotels or hospitality.
- Familiarity with Dubai roads, landmarks, and traffic rules.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of guest etiquette and service standards.
