Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Deputy Manager at Bagerz, your primary duties will include:
- Organizing and overseeing the entire farm operation.
- Managing all facilities, including stables and animal housing, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness to minimize the risk of animal diseases.
- Supervising and improving livestock nutrition programs for optimal productivity.
- Monitoring daily farm activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Proposing new projects and introducing modern farming technologies to improve results.
- Evaluating and mentoring farm employees to improve performance and work efficiency.
- Implementing and controlling operational procedures for consistent quality standards.

Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences and Food – Animal specialization.
- A degree in Veterinary Medicine will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in livestock farming or agricultural management.
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
