Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining resort grounds and outdoor areas
- Gardening and general landscape care
- Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Mowing and maintaining grass and lawns
- Caring for plants, flowers, and garden areas
- Managing and maintaining irrigation systems
- Performing room maintenance checks and minor repairs
- Ensuring all resort equipment is kept in good working order
- Supporting general grounds and property maintenance tasks
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar grounds or maintenance role
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles
- Knowledge of cleaning management on a hobby farm
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays when required
