Set within lush rainforest surroundings and overlooking the Mossman River, this role is ideal for a local candidate who takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards. The Housekeeping Attendant will support housekeeping, laundry, public area cleaning, and guest room presentation to ensure the lodge remains immaculate. This position offers approximately 30 hours per week and the opportunity to work in a unique luxury lodge environment.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard
- Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
- Clean and maintain public areas of the lodge
- Ensure all areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Follow housekeeping schedules and procedures
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of Silky Oaks Lodge
- Support team members as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy hotel environment is advantageous
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Availability to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
- Ability to meet the physical demands of housekeeping duties
- Local availability preferred
