Responsibilities
- Support the Mechanical Engineering team on active projects
- Assist with reviewing mechanical designs and technical drawings
- Participate in field data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Prepare design calculations, sketches, drawings, and technical reports
- Assist in coordination of resources within the department
- Provide technical support to clients and internal project teams
- Manage multiple tasks and project priorities efficiently
- Contribute to company knowledge management and best practice systems
- Learn through daily involvement in real engineering projects
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 2nd to 4th year Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology program
- Eligibility to participate in an accredited co-op program
- Strong academic performance
- Interest in working toward P.Eng or equivalent professional designation
- Ability to understand project requirements and technical challenges
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
