Job Summary (Part 1)

The Member Support Consultant (MSC) role is designed for individuals who are passionate about health, fitness, and customer service. As an MSC, you will be the first point of contact for potential members, playing a key role in inspiring them to begin their fitness journey. This position combines sales and service, requiring you to balance achieving membership growth goals with providing exceptional support to existing members.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include lead generation, sales presentations, club tours, and engaging with members to ensure they receive the best possible experience. This highly varied role gives you the chance to influence member satisfaction, retention, and overall club success.

Job Summary (Part 2)

In addition to sales, MSCs are also responsible for retention activities such as regular service calls, personalised recommendations, and building rapport with members to enhance their fitness journey. You will work closely with the team to create a welcoming and supportive club environment, ensuring members feel valued and motivated to continue their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through promotions and referral campaigns
