Full Job Description of Guest Service Agent
- Process Rental Contracts and payments
- Provide excellent support to guests
- Perform general office duties
- Inspect RVs for quality pre-rental and upon return
- Create Work Orders
- When needed, assist with cleaning of RVs
- Check-in and Check-out: Efficiently handling guest registration, issuing keys/cards, and processing departures.
- Answering Inquiries: Responding to guest questions about amenities, services, local attractions, and other relevant information.
- Handling Complaints and Issues: Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for resolution.
- Managing Reservations: Handling reservation inquiries, making changes, and processing cancellations.
- Processing Payments: Collecting payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
- Coordinating with Other Departments: Working with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
What are we looking for Guest Service Agent
- Have valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
