This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently. As part of the office operations team, you will ensure proper documentation, coordinate supplies and deliveries, and provide essential clerical support to facilitate seamless business operations.

Responsibilities
As an Office Assistant at GMG, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing general clerical tasks such as typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Monitoring and maintaining pantry supplies and office essentials, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Managing the collection, distribution, and dispatch of vouchers, couriers, bills, and letters.
- Assisting with the supply and maintenance of office equipment when required.
- Supporting document control and filing activities to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Gathering, updating, and maintaining data for internal records and databases.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive documents and information.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing courier services and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Addressing office-related queries from staff and providing general support for daily operations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- 1 to 3 years of prior experience in office administration or clerical support.
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with office tools and standard communication systems.
