About the Role – Poultry Farm Worker
The Poultry Farm Worker will be responsible for caring for chickens, maintaining clean and healthy coops, and assisting in general farm operations. This position is part-time or casual, offering flexibility while maintaining a consistent work schedule of around 40 hours per week.
Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, handling livestock, and following daily routines. A background in farming or poultry care is preferred but not mandatory, as training and guidance will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Feed and water chickens according to farm schedules.
- Clean and disinfect chicken coops, cages, and surrounding areas.
- Maintain hygiene standards to prevent disease and contamination.
- Monitor bird health and report any unusual behavior or illness.
- Assist with egg collection and sorting if required.
- Perform general farm maintenance and repair tasks.
- Operate farm tools and equipment safely.
- Follow farm supervisor’s instructions carefully.

- Support other team members with daily farm duties.
Required Qualifications and Skills
