Job Responsibilities
As a Production Worker at Mitolo Family Farms, your main duties include:
- Packing and stacking of potato and onion products for distribution.
- Handling product packaging with care to prevent damage and maintain quality.
- Lifting bags ranging from 2kg to 20kg during daily production tasks.
- Ensuring production processes are efficient, safe, and completed on time.
- Following all workplace health and safety protocols.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Assisting with general production duties as instructed by the Team Leader.
- Reporting any issues with machinery or product quality immediately.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Adhering to all company policies regarding safety, hygiene, and performance.
Requirements

- Be physically fit and able to work on their feet for extended periods.
