Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for agricultural and palm projects
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve key milestones
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in agriculture, agribusiness, or horticulture
- Strong and demonstrable knowledge of palm cultivation and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in fast-paced project environments
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent planning, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
