Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, your main duties include:
- Cleaning and maintaining all guest rooms and suites to a premium standard.
- Changing bed linens, disinfecting bathrooms, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensuring rooms are presented to create an exceptional first impression for guests.
- Maintaining and restocking housekeeping trolleys with necessary supplies.
- Following safety and hygiene standards in handling cleaning products.
- Respecting guest privacy and security at all times.
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Providing friendly assistance to guests when needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the resort.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves mobility across multiple floors and outdoor pathways.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and excellent time management.
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
