Responsibilities
- Drive trams safely and in compliance with all traffic rules and company procedures.
- Ensure passenger safety and provide excellent customer service throughout the journey.
- Report incidents, faults, or anomalies to the Operations Control Center.
- Conduct basic fault checks and support maintenance teams when required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and operations controllers.
- Assist during audits and ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards.
Requirements & Skills
- Valid Qatar driving license (car, bus, or truck) with at least 2 years’ experience.
- Minimum age of 21 years and height of 1.60m.
- At least 10 years of school education.
- Good knowledge of rail/public transport operations and safety rules.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.
