Wyndham Doha West Bay Hotel Room Attandent Job in Qatar is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. Key Responsibilities
- Clean, tidy, and prepare guest rooms following Wyndham’s housekeeping standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers
- Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, and glassware
- Remove trash, dirty linens, and used room-service items
- Restock bathroom supplies including soap, shampoo, tissues, and towels
- Ensure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked at the start and end of shifts
- Clean public areas such as hallways, elevators, lobbies, and back-of-house areas
- Respond promptly and politely to guest requests
- Report maintenance issues (broken fixtures, lighting, furniture, etc.)
- Report lost-and-found items according to hotel policy
- Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Adhere to SOPs and ensure compliance with all mandatory training
- Maintain proper handling, usage, and storage of cleaning chemicals
- Report missing room items such as irons, hair dryers, etc.
- Support team operations and demonstrate professionalism at all times
