Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including typing, photocopying, mailing, faxing, and filing
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of pantry supplies and office essentials
  • Ensure timely replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assist with collection, distribution, and dispatch of payment vouchers, couriers, letters, and bills
  • Facilitate the supply and maintenance of office equipment
  • Support filing and document control activities for relevant departments
  • Enter and update internal files, databases, and records
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and sensitive information
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier services
  • Track packages and ensure timely delivery
  • Address office-related queries from staff
  • Provide general administrative support for smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Basic English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
