Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Learning Specialist during student programming
- Preparing instructional materials and setting up teaching environments
- Maintaining equipment and supplies used in educational programs
- Assisting and interacting directly with students in both large and small groups
- Contributing ideas to enhance student learning experiences
- Collaborating independently and as part of a team to ensure lessons align with VAI’s educational mission
- Performing other assigned duties to support effective program delivery
