Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Prepare, cut, shape, and bend metal components and pipes
- Perform welding using appropriate techniques and tools
- Align and join metal parts through welding, bolting, or riveting
- Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance
- Carry out finishing tasks such as grinding, polishing, and cleaning
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow workplace safety standards and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant welding role
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes
