Key Responsibilities
As a Teacher at PCS, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards for diverse learners.
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports student growth.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and techniques to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess student learning and provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents.
