Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, your responsibilities include:
Guest Rooms:
- Clean and service up to 12 guest rooms per shift, depending on occupancy and operational needs.
- Perform detailed cleaning, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Replenish linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies to luxury standards.
- Restore furniture and room layouts to original positions, ensuring proper presentation and symmetry.
- Maintain discretion and respect when handling guest belongings.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, ensuring streak-free sinks, mirrors, tubs, showers, and floors.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and upkeep of public and employee areas.
Safety, Maintenance & Team Support:
- Report maintenance, health, safety, or security issues promptly.
- Follow all sanitation and health guidelines.
- Support fellow team members to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Luxury Standards & Expectations:
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in every room serviced.
- Uphold professional appearance, grooming, and conduct standards.

Job Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or guest service experience (luxury or boutique hotel experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and responding to inquiries professionally.
- Basic English speaking and comprehension skills (optional).
- Willingness to wear company uniform and name badge.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
