Job Description
As the Warehouse Team Member, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, maximising profitability, and improving efficiency through the Warehouse Team.
You will also support operational efficiency and outcomes. This includes following policies and procedures and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Manage records and invoices effectively.
- Manage order fulfilment for delivery and click and collect in line with procedures. This includes picking, packing, and dispatching products.
- Respond to order fulfilment enquiries.
- Carry out same-day delivery to customers when you are designated to drive.
- Help the Warehouse Team meet set performance requirements (KPIs).
- Use operational exception reports to identify and resolve outstanding tasks.
- Continue improving your skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and other development opportunities.
- Help maximise opportunities to recycle waste and reduce environmental impact.
