Job Role Overview
As a Driver at Sixt Rent a Car, you will be responsible for driving rental vehicles safely, supporting vehicle delivery and collection, and assisting with vehicle cleaning and preparation. This role requires professionalism, good communication skills, and a strong understanding of Qatar’s road network.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive rental vehicles to and from designated locations
- Deliver and collect vehicles as per company schedules
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and prepared before handover
- Assist with basic vehicle inspection and preparation tasks
- Follow all traffic rules and company driving policies
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers
- Support daily rental operations as required
- Report any vehicle damage or issues to the supervisor
- Ensure customer satisfaction during vehicle handover
- Work as part of a team to meet operational targets
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience in Qatar
- Valid Qatari Driving License
- Valid QID (Qatar ID)
- Transferable visa with NOC (No Objection Certificate)
- Good knowledge of Doha roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Willingness to perform vehicle cleaning and preparation tasks
