Executive Driver Job in Philippines at One Outsource Direct Corporation This job is for a reliable and safety-conscious Executive Driver who can safely transport company executives to meetings, appointments, residences, and other business destinations. The driver should know routes across Antipolo, Metro Manila, and Laguna, follow traffic laws, plan efficient routes, keep the assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained, and provide professional and confidential service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport executives to and from meetings, appointments, residences, and other business destinations.
- Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of routes and alternative roads across Antipolo, Metro Manila, and Laguna.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate servicing and repairs when needed.
- Ensure passenger safety and comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and other vehicle-related activities.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy when dealing with executives and other passengers.
- Perform other driving-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License.
- Previous experience as an Executive Driver, Company Driver, Family Driver, or similar role is preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable and familiar with routes in Antipolo, Metro Manila, and Laguna.
- Strong knowledge of Metro Manila traffic conditions and alternative routes.
- Excellent defensive driving skills and a good driving record.
- Punctual, trustworthy, responsible, and professional.
- Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required.
- Able to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
