The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of heavy equipment and machinery to various project sites across the UAE. Responsibilities for Heavy Driver
- Operate heavy-duty vehicles (trucks, trailers, or similar) in compliance with UAE road laws.
- Transport construction and industrial equipment to and from various locations, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Load and unload heavy machinery and other materials, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, including fluid checks, tire pressure, and safety systems.
- Keep accurate vehicle logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery records.
- Report mechanical issues or required maintenance promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional behavior on job sites.
- Support on-site tasks when not driving, including assisting with basic logistics and operations.
Requirements for Heavy Driver
- Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license (Category 4 or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience operating heavy trucks or trailers.
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and logistics procedures.
- Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks and pre-trip inspections.
- Physically capable of handling long shifts, including extended driving hours and heavy lifting when required.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in all interactions.
- Familiarity with transport documentation and GPS navigation systems.
- Basic communication skills (English preferred; Arabic is a plus).
