Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors
- Ensure rooms are prepared according to hotel standards for guest arrivals
- Refill, replace, and properly store towels and linen
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines
- Perform minor maintenance tasks or report major issues
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams when required
- Ensure all work follows safety and hygiene standards
