Job Objective:
Facilitate HR programs and initiatives on Learning and Development (L&D) and provide technical support to the unit.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR workplans and programs on Learning and Development:
a. Prepare L&D workplans, training calendars, and training proposals.
b. Facilitate and deliver technical and administrative requirements for in-house and external training, local and foreign scholarships.
d. Conduct TNA and training evaluations.
e. Develop and maintain a database of trainings for monitoring and tracking.
2. Coordinate and facilitate with unit partners and other stakeholders in the provision and/or implementation of HR development interventions.
3. Draft/review policies for participation and related matters on L&D.
4. Prepare reports, policy papers, position papers, memoranda, correspondences, and other official communications of the HRMO and, as necessary, of the Office of the Asec. for Support Services.
5. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Asec. for Support Services.
