The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and developing construction sites, working closely with the Noble team to meet project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform welding on structures and equipment according to stated specifications
- Carry out flux core MIG welding in all positions
- Conduct performance and quality inspections as per procedures
- Fabricate and weld from detailed drawings, prints, or sketches
- Troubleshoot equipment and structural failures, document issues, and complete repairs
- Operate various construction and welding-related equipment
- Follow all Noble Construction and Mosaic safety policies
- Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks with supervision
- Gather, stage, and organize materials required to complete construction tasks
Requirements
- Journeyperson Welder certification
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Underground mining experience is an asset
- Training and experience operating mobile equipment such as telehandlers and AWPs is an asset
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced mining and construction environment
